Let’s get
started
The Facts.

I charge $125 per hour & typically only take on hourly projects - I find this the fairest way to work. I only get paid for the hours that I work and it means we can be we can adjust a project scope to your budget.
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start. The remaining is paid at the end of the project.

I do work a 9-5 job, so I work after work into the evenings & on weekends (not all!). If you need to reach me out of hours, I prefer email, but am usually contactable should you need me.

I track my time using time tracking software & you recieve a report of that tracked time at the end of a project - you pay for the time spent on the site & nothing more! No hidden costs.

Once the initial deposit is paid, we can get started on your project. Usually a project commences within 7 days of the deposit being paid - however sometimes I do get busy & have a waitlist.
If I do have a waitlist I would tell you prior to you paying the deposit - and then we start after the agreed waiting period time.
The time it takes from the start of a project to launch varies from project to project. Let’s chat!

The Process

Step 1: Get in Touch
Send me a message or email and let’s get the party started. It is in these initial communications we will exchange thoughts, expectations, services, pricing & if we are the right fit for eachother.
If you’re still interested, we move onto Step 2. -
Step 2: Service Refinement
Once we connect and like where its headed, I typically organise a phone call or video meeting for us to meet & chat. I learn more about what you need, I dig a little deeper to find out how I can help exactly, we discuss timeframes, expectations, requirements and also provide an estimate/quote.
This is the point where you can lock me in!

Step 3: Secure me with a Deposit!
Once we agree on the project estimate/quote, I generate a 50% deposit invoice.
Once the initial deposit is paid, we can get started on your project. Usually a project commences within 7 days of the deposit being paid - however sometimes I do get busy & have a waitlist.
